Case 04 for N1 Partners

Pieces nobody else has

Tees, tote bags, keychains, patches and blankets for the N1 Partners finale. Every piece was finished by the guest who took it home.

Nine embroidered patches from the collection on a grey ground: the H puzzle, the sky is the limit, the crushed cup, on the rise, the sunset, the watch, the propeller, the bulb and the helicopter

The idea

A finale for partners who already have everything. So the gift was not a finished object but the last gesture of one: each guest chose the patches, set a name and watched their piece being finished. No two left the same.

The savoir-faire

Twenty-one patches were drawn for N1 and embroidered thread by thread. Each began as a production sheet: its size, its stitch count and every thread colour in order. The pieces they went on were chosen first for how they feel and wear, and only then for the logo.

The result

150 tees, 150 tote bags and more than 400 keychains left the party, each one carrying a name, a choice and the memory of one night.

The patches

A helicopter, goggles, flames, a light bulb, a race car, paper planes and the lines N1 lives by: because we can, too busy winning, the sky is not the limit. Our artisans stitched each one in the hoop, colour after colour.

The tee

Heavy black cotton with the N1 mark on the chest. The back was left open for the guest: a name in varsity letters, a row of flames, whatever they chose.

The tote bag

A black canvas tote, plain on purpose, so the patches would carry the story: three flames and a helicopter, a light bulb and an M, every patch at once.

The keychain

A red N1 puzzle piece on a steel ring. Below it, the guest's name, spelled out letter by letter in acrylic in five colours. The most personal object of the night, and the one that stays in a pocket every day.

The blanket

Soft black fleece with the N1 mark embroidered in red. The quietest object of the collection: no line, no slogan, only the mark and the feel of it.

Finish your own piece

At the Patch Bar each guest chose a piece, the patches and a name, and our artisans pressed them on while they waited. Try it here with the real artwork.

From sketch to the last guest

One person followed the collection from the first drawing to the night itself. Six steps, each approved before the next began.
